1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Flux (the “App”), operated by Boothby Lab LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of service
Flux is an all-in-one, AI-first brand management platform that helps teams organize, develop, and manage brand-related work and content.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account credentials, and all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
4. AI services
Flux uses third-party artificial intelligence services, including services provided by Anthropic, to power certain features. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for evaluating outputs and ensuring that your use of them is appropriate.
5. Intellectual property
The App, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by Boothby Lab LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to provide the App.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Flux is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boothby Lab LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Some Flux features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may be purchased and managed through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or Stripe, depending on how you access the App. Each platform's payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing terms may apply in addition to these Terms. Apple and Google, as applicable, are responsible for processing payments made through their respective stores, while Stripe processes payments made directly through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge subscription fees and applicable taxes.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting revised terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons.
